All you have to do is call us. If the problem can be corrected over the
phone, we will walk you through each step of the way. If not, will come
to your home or office, diagnose the problem and make the repair there
if possible. We'll get you back up and running as soon as possible (usually
within 24 hours after inspection). We know how it is to be without your
data, applications, desktop, laptop, server, e-mail, printer, peripherals,
network or DSL (not an option in today's world).
If your computer needs to go in for service (however this is usually not
the case), we will dismantle everything and take it to our service center.
We will go over the problem with the technicians and fill out the work
order. We usually get it back in one to two days (much faster than you
can). When it is ready we will pick it up, deliver it back to you and
reinstall everything. We will make sure all is thoroughly tested and working
correctly before we leave.
Either way, once you call us, your work is done— we take it from there.
